Okay, newbie at this forums so I'm not sure how this all works.... I'm just gon' tell you my problem.

I just borrowed and burned a copy of Spider-man The Movie PC Game from a friend and I'm having some problems. The installation process is okay, no problems there....

But when I tried to start Spider-man, it kept saying "You need a TNL capable 3D card to play". I have a 3D supported Intel Graphics 82810E gfx card.

After that, I read something about how some games need to be played in 256 color mode. So I went to the games properties and set it to play in 256 color mode.

Now when I start it up, I get a error saying "Your color mode is too low." I changed from 16bit to 24 bit but I still get the same problem....

What am I doing wrong?

Hmmmmm.... maybe the problem is that u got it burned and not hte real copy? anyway u just jipped the company that made it... what... $30? 8)

I saw the game at Walmart for 10 bucks. I just bought it but haven't played it yet. I'm sorta busy playing Zelda: The WindWaker for Nintendo Gamecube. Its pretty cool.

i dunno what the problem is, but cheapo games have a tendency to suck or not work. i remember getting a pack of game demo CDs, the best game was Magic Carpet. damn thats a crazy cool game...

Blah Zelda is too easy... beat it in a week... twice :/ anywayz! yeah i got this cool grabbag game from target cuz its got... um... VectorMan and VectorMan 2 :) those games are shibby... but i dun got the genesis anymores :cry:
