Have any of you played C&C Generals yet? I haven't so i'd like to know if it's worth buying.. My friend said he got it and it was cool but the campaign is too short... What do you think?

your comp dont have to be that good. I rn generals on a Duron800 with 320meg of ram, my video card is only a gf2MX200. and it runs fine, also check out this site for all your mapping needs. http://www.cncnz.com

well what are your settings of configuration? I'm sure you had to turn them down (video, effects) to even run the game smoothly.

I run everything on low anyway. I dont think that it looks any good turned up high, maby its just me and my love for old-skool CnC.

When I first saw the previews, and heard about the idea, I was interested in the game.

But I never got around to getting it... not sure if that was my best choice or not...

There are sooo many new PC games out that are pretty good.

C&C Generals rocks!! Although.. theres not enough buildings or units.. except for GLA.. which i like the most... but its a very good game except the AI is toooo easy :? but hey.. good game! Super blast of a time and great effects!

I don't know how they say the game needs a fast pc... I tested it on my super old comp.. 266mhz, 32mb Geforce 2 video card, 288mb ram... It ran like a dream on it! Even with A LOT of AI players.. at first it freezes then goes and then freezes but then it stops and runs smooth after that... so I dunno...
