here's some info: trillian pro is NOT worth buying.

i got trillian pro off of bittorrent, but i actually like trillian basic better, so i went back to it.

I use trillian pro... because it's the Pro version and i use all the pro plugins and skins and sh*t. I wish the Cerulean Studios dev team would make a f*cking stable and fully functional Trillian messenger, oh yeah and add some useful features that everyon needs (possibly in the form of a plugin that won't break trill).

yeah trillian has an annoying habit of crashing sometimes - and not saving my aim profile.

It stopped having the aim profile problem after... what was it version 2.0 final (non-beta) -or was it a later version?

you mean the pro version stopped having that problem?
cause that in itself tempts me to get it...

yeah, it does. too bad trillian still breaks if you have crappy plugins (and it slows down when you have too many plugins even if they all work).
