Default Emailer

I have a list of old members of pcplayground.com that I want to email them, and welcome them back to the server. All the email address are in a column in an excel file. So how can I easily go about emailing everyone in it? There are way to many emails to manually do it.

Dude, lol, you read the exact opposite of what I wrote. I already have them into the excel file. So I dont need to import them. I do not want to past them 1 by 1, I have too many to do that. Thx for trying to help though lol.

Default cut and past

well I don't know exactly (don't have exell) but something like this should work:

cut and past the column into an new file, on the first cel of the column next to it you put an ; then you drag the little black squer (right under) untill the last row example of result:

column1 column2
mailadres1 ;
mailadres2 ;
mailadres3 ;

now select both columns and past the into notepad (or something like that)
remove the enters and put the line in the bcc line of outlook (or some other program)

you have to drag the column(the column with the ; in the first cel) which is NEXT to the column with the mail adresses.
example

column1 column2
mailad1 ;
maiad2 ^^^^ this is the cel you have to drag
mailad3
mailad4

Thats the one I was doing.

It comes out like this after doing it:

mailad1 ;
mailad1 ;
mailad1 ;
mailad1 ;
mailad1 ;

overwriting all the other ones.

Also, did you have a chance to look at my ad form thing?

doesn't work :? ? strange. you could try this:
make sure you have only selected the cel with the ; in it.
if that doesn't work, count (use the numbers in the sidebar) the lines and make the ;'s cell on a different file and past them into the column (next to the mail adres).

Save the Excel file in CSV format. Open the CSV file, and your job will be made much easier :)
