Tommy, I've done some searching and there are many bulk emailers that can import Excel format files and send out emails...almost all of them support it. :)

I have been using G-Lock EasyMail (http://www.glocksoft.com/em) email sender program for a half of year. It supports import of emails from files of different formats including Excel and allows you to create a personalized email message for each of your recipients. Rather neat program with a nice interface. I would recommend that you try it.
