Default PHP help
Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/forums/admin.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in Unknown on line 0

I am a newbie and i have no idea what this means or how i go about fixing this. Can anyone help me.

It means that it can't open the admin.php file.

try setting the attributes to 777
