I just uploaded PHPbb2 to my FTP, the only thing is that I cannot access the setup page. Can anyone help me?

Not sure if some of that stuff makes sense, it doesn't to me.

Since I some-what know this person on AIM, I had a chat with them about it on AIM.

About 15 minutes later, they basically admitted that they haven't uploaded the files yet. So they agreed to upload the files, which seems to be the easiest solution.
