install it yourself, it works the same way as if a host had it on their server. just edit the config file when you upload it and it will work fine.

well i just imstalled it and got it to work just fine. it seemed pretty easy... :D

It is easy!
It is easy. All you have to do is edit a couple of lines in config.inc.php and upload it. It's as easy as that...

There should be a config.php file in the "/" of phpMyadmin. Edit the database name, uname, password.
You may also need to edit other things, I do not use it, but I know that those need to be changed for certain.
