Ok, here is the deal, i just uploaded phpnuke 6.9 to my host, got the database set up fine, got rid of the errors i was getting, but now, when i go into the admin page, it says 'There are no Administrators Accounts yet, proceeed to create the Super User:'
So i fill out their little form, and hit submit, now it takes me to an "Administration System Login' page, and i put the login information in it, and it takes me back to the create super user page.
WTF?!?
Can anybody help me?

Oh, and i did this little merry-go-round like 4 times.
