Default Problem... i used to get this alot!

Well im trying to install a script the location is:
http://spid3r.pcplayground.com/ePay/admin/install.php
the problem is SIMPLE when i click on the link it redirects me back to pcplayground.com...
AND... when i try to install the script database it says
Cannot connect to MySQL server..
e.g
http://spid3r.pcplayground.com/ePay/admin
it says cant connect.

I get the URL forwarding on both links.

I fixed your typo in the MySQL settings, however that does not seem to fix the problem.

When do you get that error of not being able to connect?

just installed the script dun think anything wrongs with it becuse i paid $300 for it and they guarenteed no bugs.
i got the error since i installed it i still get the link fowarding..
what you can try is delete everything in mysql database i belive i have alot of junk database in there empty that out and can you try a refresh... this is what happend before when even i try to install a script it keeps link fowarding

I will take a look at it.

If you seriously paid $300 for it (way overpriced) then they shouldn't mind giving you a little support.

But I shall look at it.

Damn 300? Your out of your mind.
When i used to sell php scripts to people i didnt charge nearly that much, they all came with a self-explanitory installer. And i gave free tech support for 14 days...

every help file etc is in the folder the install notepad documents there too. the install text file is called install.txt in cap
