Default Adding HTML to Nuke PHP

I want to be able to add PHP to my HTML site.

Eg. Use HTML for the header and footer and be able to customize the Nuke-PHP to look how I want it.

Can anyone help? I am experienced with HTML but not PHP!

They have things called like NukeWrap, or HTMLWrap, or weird things like that you might be interested in.

It pretty much inserts an HTML page into your PHP page...
