Default could you help me find a script?

I am looking for a perl or php script which could enable visitors to send feedback of my site. (like a feedback form). the only difference is i would like one which also has the ability to send attachments (e.g. mods etc for the site). I dont know where to finds this i have tried several but i must pay for them. Are there any free ones?

also, how would the attachment reach me? Would it be routed through my site and would it use my site bandwith?

any suggestions please reply!! thanks!
tom

The most common way would have the server send it to you via email. This will use your site bandwidth. Though, it is possible to have it where the user uses their own email program to email it to you, which will not use the site bandwidth.

On average, what are the sizes of the attachments you are looking to send?
