Default MySQL Database and PHPMyAdmin help

Hey, i'm trying to go a little beyond my great HTML skills and trying to do some real scripting. For the type of forum that i'm installing, I need the address to connect to the database and I also need the address to PHPMyAdmin

Does anyone know what those are?

Yes Manyak has the info for the database but the thing he doesn’t have is the address for the PHPMyAdmin. The only time you download PHPMyAdmin is when you are installing it on to the server to give the hosts access to modify the database. Unless I am mistaken. If I am you guys can correct me and give me the right info so I can set myself straight.

You can install phpMyAdmin in your webspace. Yes, you can have phpMyadmin installed on servers and host and whatnot, but here at pcplayground.com you can also install it on your individual webspace, for your individual use.

Thanks Tommy for making it clear because I have looked at old post and they kept telling me to install PHPMyAdmin but they didn't say where. I was going around in circles since yesterday. Maybe you can make a sticky on the site on how to setup PHPMyAdmin so you don't have to go to every post and reply and makes it easier on the person who is looking for the answer. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.
