I had a hard time trying to install phpbb, it looks fine but i'm reading a lot of people wanting to convert to phpnuke.....what are the advantages of phpnuke over phpbb? Is there a way of having a news script that looks similar(themed) to the forums? :?:

Yeah, you seem to be confused. What you most likely are referring to is that many people are converting to PHPNuke because PHPNuke (The same system that PCPlaygroud.com, and my own site are run on) can have PHPBB on it, but PHPBB can't have PHPNuke on it (for this simple reason that PHPBB is a forum system ONLY but PHPNuke is a Web Portal system compiled of such things as news, forums, reviews, etc.). No worries though mate, you just got a little turned around.

I suggest that you, obviously, go with PHPNuke because it has much more ability to be a pleasing site than PHPBB Forums only.
