he means the rest of the space to the right of that image (where you can have a 1px thick background and the advertisement on top)
he just chopped the image so it only shows the essential part. the rest that goes to the right can be easily replaced with a repeating image of the two stripes. you can put the banner above the repeating image of the stripes -or- make the stripes the background (background="image.gif"), on which the banner is placed in the foreground. |

if you still dont have it working graphic-wise, please tell me i'll take a look at it.
i dunno how your image rotator script works, you gotta tell me what i gotta do-- otherwise i'll just make a space where you can fit a standard banner image and a small text caption if necessary. |
