Default Lord Of The Rings - Two Towers

This is one of the best movies I ever saw. Its combination of brilliant action, with its still light but nice tase of romance gave it a very good quality. Its lukewarm comedy built in the story form pippin and Merry, to the dwarf gave it a greak finish to it.

Story: 10
Special Effects:10
Acting:10
Overall:10

I wrote a pritty nice review for the effects on it. I'm not sure if they decided to put it up this site or if it was not able to be uploaded at all. To put it all in a nutshell, I'll just want to say that the effects on the battle scene took about four years to make, maybe even more. Crits are saying that this movie will change how they do great battle scenes. I totally agree on that.

I loved the movie myself. Wiseman, funny how you should mention Pippen and Merry, the scenes with the Ents(tree creatures) was my favorite, and Gimli The Dwarf was the charachter I liked most in this sequel (didnt like him much in the first one). This time he is so funny but when the fighting starts he is damn good, but still funny.

I'll give this a perfect score myself.

Roto, yeah, I finally got around to adding in your review, had to change it into the review section and whatnot. Now if you just go to the "write a review" http://http://www.pcplaygrou...p=write_review thing it wont take long to have it up.

Gotta say,

I liked pretty much everything about the movie. Special effects, the battle scenes, the subtle nuances or romance, the comedy, the acting. I plan on owning all three of the movies when they are all out on video. so here I sit, and I wait, ever so patiently

the Two Towers was amazing!

i can't believe there are so many self-proclaimed "purists" out there who don't like it. there was even this (again) self-proclaimed "Tolkien Scholar" who said the movies were shallow, pitiful acting, weak effects that were obviously CG, and he just went on. the moron.

Peter Jackson had to adapt it for the big screen there wasn't any other way to go about it.

and I looove what he did. :D
