Default Lord of the Rings-Fellowship of the Ring
I thought the movie was great because unlike harry potter it got basically the whole movie. In a grading scale I'd give it a 94.5% because against harry potter,it dominated. It had great visual effects, action, adventure, and some drama. Its the perfect reenaction 1st book of the trilogy from J.R.R Tolkien.

I would also say I liked LotR better even though I am obsessed with HP (I'm a freak, sorry. =))

LOL, I take you do not like potter? Well I can agree with you. LOTR is the better movie in this case. For example, if the fellowship is walking the camera flies by from a distance to show how big the terrian is, briljant.

harry potter doesn't even have any literary value, let alone theatrical.

unfortunatly, yes, I saw it. it was pure torture to watch it once, and for those of you who have bore it twice, that borders on sadism.

there isn't even a comparision to LOTR. period. :wink:
