My friend created a admin user name with comand on a non admin account. he wont tell my. do you know????

do you know how to make a admin account with command promp on a non admin account

Did you actually see them do it?

They are likely to be just using a boot disk and resetting the admin password. Then logging into admin and creating an account.

no he did it I sat next to him butr he had the monitor off because he did not think were ready to know

So he probably used the boot disk reset admin password.

Was there a floppy disk inserted into the computer? Or maybe even a CD could do it.

no he did not even turn off the computer because when the monitor on it was still login to a (the unknow computer club user nome)

Okay, well the only thing that I know of that can do this without a boot disk would be with the system recovery.

If you start an automated system recovery it will give you a prompt with full admin access then you could (in theory) edit accounts.
