anyone who is stupid enough to buy deserves to be ripped off. which is exactly what is happening. the company is selling something they do not own. international treaty prevents any country from claiming the moon or any part of it. in order for you to stake a claim to a plot of land, you have to be able to defend you claim and you have to physically claim the land. which means that someone from that company would have had to go on a privately funded trip to the moon to claim all of the land in order for them to have the right to sell it. truthfully, the first person not associated to any particular country to set foot on the moon can legally claim the entire thing. (a good real estate investment if people actually end up living on the moon). anyhow, which ever billionaire gets there first is gonna get alot richer.

It is legal to send them money yes, but you don't really own the land. You cant do whatever you want with it. I posted a link that they had on their site about it in one of my earlier post (scroll up).
