tommy recently disabled new hosting sign ups at pcplayground.

However, it seems to me that your question was more along the lines of what happened to that tdc website. I figure this from the wording of your question, and the fact that you are the once-owner of the tdc subdomain.

I am not too sure what happened to the subdomain, the last I heard about it was a year ago. I suggest you check the email that was registered with the subdomain.

Chances are high that the subdomain was deleted (and you were emailed) because of warez activity.
