can you supply some information on your problem? such as the ftp client you are using and the login info your using(everything except your pass).
if you do not have a ftp client, i suggest getting one. filezilla is very good.

oh.. you have to remove the "@pcplayground.com" in your user name and then it should work.

Also why aren't there any instructions anywhere? I hate when web designers just focus on looks and not basic functionality. Somewhere it should deplict, step by step how to setup our FTP account. It should be intuitive.

I guessed just by what you have said that you are not hosted by us. I just checked the database, no one with your username is hosted by us nor has anyone with your username applied for hosting.

If you are truly hosted by us, please provide me with your subdomain.
