Default banned ip range
Tommy, is there any banned ip range? my fellow admin from argentina keeps getting a forbidden error. :(

Don't believe so.

Lets limit the possibilities.

Where do they get the error? (what page?)
Can they load other sites (subdomains etc.)?
What is their IP (or one of their older ones)?

yes i got that too with one of my scripts but i edited the it so it was named to another name and it works fine

Are you talking about you were unable to access any files on this server? Or that your script wasnt loading?

He gets this error when accessing any file on the server...eg he gets when accessing http://logicsoft.pcplayground.com or http://pcplayground.com.

He has a dynamic IP so i'm not sure.
