Default are the mysql user name and database name the same?

I was just wondering if the user name and database name are the same as it was before.
Or do I need to reask for mysql database? Also how recent are you recent back ups?
What do you have for my site?

They may sometimes be the same, depends on the length of your subdomain.

Database name has unlimited characters, while username has limited characters, so it might be cut short.

I am confused. I still don't have mysql.
What is the limit for username? Please email what I am supposed to use for my database name and username.
Thanks

Should we post here or in the "Need MySQL" topic for a new MySQL Database?
