Default Website not working?? Well read this.
Here the problem I had:

When I uploaded files through FTP to my site hosted here, it wouldn't show up at the http address.

Solution:
Ask Tommy to finish the installation process.

Conclusion:
My site works now. Now go fix yours!

This was a one time thing. It has never happened to anyone else (that I know of).
