I am have a quick question before I get your web hosting. Can I hotlink?

Also, please don't call me a noob or anything, is it hotlinking if you use hotlink to your ownsite. If I put up a board and link like this

[img]mysite.pcplayground.com/imagedir/test.jpg[/img]

and I put it in the forum that I have on mysite.pcplayground.com.

Yes, you can hotlink on this server.

I guess I have to pay to get your service. Can I pay by paypal? Or is it through the mail only? I don't trust the mail. I don't want to send money through the mail. I wish I could help you, but I only can do it if it is through paypal. I trust paypal, not the usps.

Tommy doesnt accept pay pal...but if that is your only option, I will accept it through my account for NerdHelp.com and give it to him
