Recently we have been recieving downtime as of late on our servers, and lines.

We will be posting a full post outlining everything that happened and how it is being dealt with.

Now with imperial, we had an apache crash issue which took 2 cpanel techs to help fix and we finally have that working and running msoothly now, during the downtime we also installed a remote reboot port which we may give access to certain customers.

I will let you all know tomorrow.

Thanks,

They have now said they have finished fixing all of the problems. And the server we are on should not be experiencing any other problems.

Though I am still curious what they plan on posting tomorrow.

im 14 but i will save the money for the host :P ( if get my hands on some il donate some) nice specs on the server but im a little confused, is it a company thats hosting and you get unlimtied space so you just host us or do you own the servers and work on them your self. and say if we wanted a domain (i.e. rodentech.com) would be able to pay you to do it or if not what would be the nameservers that we would give to the domain provider.

p.s. you need to set up a paypal donation block

There was a little downtime on March 23. Around 11:30 AM PST here is the official word on that.

Quote:
We did a Kernel Upgrade on IMPERIAL today as we found it is not supporting the 8GB of RAM and during the reboot had a KERNEL panic, we rebooted it into the old kernel.

We will be fixing it and doing 1 last reboot, shouldnt be more than 40 seconds.
