Default Ahh help!

When i try to access my site via ftp, i cannot get in! I try logging in and it wont log me on. Also, tommy, im confused; on the 'Webhosting' Page, it says as my ftp user name as rsdruidz.pcplayground.com, but when i got my email saying i was accepted, it said rsdruidz@pcplayground.com , so which one is it?

The Problem Restated:
  • I use a ftp client, even the browser kind.

I type in my uname, password and FTP address

It prompts me to put in my uname and password (so i do so)

It once again tells me to input my name and pw, and this is where im stuck :(

BTW: I think i asked for a mysql server and i never got the database info.

your login for your ftp is rsdruidz@pcplayground.com
your ftp host is rsdruidz.pcplayground.com
you password is your password

try again with your ftp client.

Default Hope this helps

Try rsdruidz.pcplayground.com in the address box.
Try rsdruidz@pcplayground.com in the Login/Username box.
Add your password.
Make sure you haven't checked a box to log on anonymously.
Connect.

I had trouble when I first tried to log on because the program I use did not want me to use ftp:// as part of the address. By adding ftp:// , I was actually logging on anonymously even though I entered the other information. Try it both ways to see what works for you.

Hope this helps!
