I cant use FTP to upload my files. Its not working. Dreamweaver tells me it cant find the host or it waits for the server until a timeout occurs. I have tried others like FTP voyager and they dont work either!!!!!!

OK FTP Voyager wrks but i cant login. I cant even get a login prompt?????

Did you add ftp:// before the adres in the ftp program? If you did that is the problem. Else try this:
start Internet Explorer
goto ftp://yoursubdomain.pcplayground.com
rightclick and select login as (don't really know what it is in the english version).
then enter you login info.
if it logs in you should check your login info again (in the ftp program)

u might be putting in the wrong uname.... like when i first signed up here i thought shiznackonline was my uname. turned out to be shiznackonline@pcplayground.com. you might wanna try changin ur uname around if you didn't already know that. If all else fails, get a new FTP client.. I recommend WS_FTP.

filezilla works well for me.
and remember the @pcplayground.com in your uname.
