Sunday I just bought the new Spiderman activision game for my PC and every time I press play It say's I need to have a TNL capable 3D card.
I need to know where I can get one of these.

Your video card does not support Hardware Transformation and Lighting and you will need to get a new one before you can play the game. Just about all (if not all) new video cards support this feature. I would suggest checking out http://www.pricewatch.com/h/mn.aspx?i=37&f=1 for all your video card needs.
