Default Choosin g a Video Capture Card

Hey everybody,

I'm looking for a nice, cheap, decent Video Capture Card for my PC.

I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations. I want something that's cheap and will get the job done:

It needs to have Composite inputs (also known as RCA inputs) for Video and Audio (its ok if audio is mono).

Thanks!

around $50 or less (a little over is ok)
i'll be fine with anything that does the same job (such as one of those external devices they sell), but an internal card is preferred.

some TV Tuner cards might also do the trick

Thanks! :)
