Default Dell Inspiron 8600 CMOS password. Need help

I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 and I can not get past the Bios password. I have tryed taking the laptop apart to jump the cmos and the 24c04 chip but couldn't find the chip. Can you help me?

try removing the cmos battery... idk if that would work on a laptop though, take it out for like 5 minuits

Does anyone know what kind of motherboard or what codes to use for the dell 8600?
