well theres one good thing for dial up people... it's more harder for them to be attack by worms :roll:

yeah well dialup still sucks. its easy to be attacked by worms if you have good online uptime. there are plenty of people on dialup who got the worm, maybe its different for many of you because you dont leave your computer on dialup for hours at a time.



oh yeah and more on the topic. the guys who do the ip-block lists do things like leave BitTorrent on serving only a few kilobytes of a file, which when some place like the RIAA takes a nip at the torrent, the guy logs the IP and adds it to the ip block list, which is used for PeerGuardian or the thing built into KazaaLite K++
