I gave you the space. You accepted the terms as to what would make your webspace void, you violated those terms, you lost the webspace. There was nothing that said when the agreement was void.

I know I can. However, I am not going to keep the layout, even though it is not your layout. I already have a new layout for the site (not uploaded yet).

You did not create the cartoons nor the pictures, so I see no point in doing this. However, you gave me the right to use them anyways.

PAY for a new design, I could get a pretty good designer for a low cost price, and I will throw out my new design and have one made without the mascot.

We are now discussing this through means of private, one on one discussion and have pretty much have it resolved.
