I have used phpnuke & postnuke. I have found that phpnuke is a more popular piece of code, which means it is more common around the programming community. Do to this, there are more modules/blocks written for phpnuke. Also, there have been some nice people (ie. utimer) that are experienced with php nuke and are able to write code for it.

i beg to differ.. postnuke does everything phpnuke can, but is a much less resource hog. (IMO)

lol, I started programming with phpnuke AFTER you switched to phpnuke and asked for the module. So experienced? PHPnuke just uses php so nearly anyone who can use php (and MySQL) can learn how to make modules or blocks.
