I got an email about a lawsuit against PayPal, and it was a little confusing to read all the legal mumbo jumbo, but I got the gist of it. To make sure I have this right:
If we opened a PayPal acct. within that certain amount of time, but we don't think we were wronged by them not telling us some information about transfers or something, and we don't want to claim we did, we can still get a claim, just because we could have been? If so we just file the "Statuatory Damage Fund Claim"? Please confirm before I finish filing this claim. |

I know that I had my account access locked by them, so I will be filing the claim. However, read the above link, it refers to the email. :) |

When I called them, I was talking to a friendly person, and they explained how they randomly do it to accounts for security purposes. Basically, when the account is limited/locked, they make you send in a copy of your drivers licensed, a signed agreement to their TOS with a notary signature, and confirm your address. I guess this was illegal for them to do. |
