One way that I directed my traffic when I got my new domain was the following meta tags, which will "AUTO" make your page reload. You don't need any writing on this page, just a blank page, with this code within in the "HEAD" and "/HEAD" tags.

I'm surprised I remember this, It's been so long, so check up on this code, you may need some alteration. A simple search on google will bring up a good answer. Just want to point you in the right direct.

The reason it's better to have a redirect page, is because you don't need to go back to your domain control pannel and change it anymore, because once, you have your page local on your server, you're done!
