CHMODding was the only thing that worked for me, i didnt have to CHMOD everything, like i dont think i needed to CHMOD the themes. I added new themes without CHMODding them and they worked.

If you wanna do it the lazy man's way, chmod only the files that look essential, then if it still has issues go chmod the other files.
