Indeed we are =).
Anyways. Did you try deleting the folder and then remaking it?
You may have a hitch-hiker (a virus or script that downloads itself to your webfolders when you dont know it).
They usually come from warez sites.
Anyways...yeah...i usually don't do tech support outside my domain, but I don't wanna leave you hanging with a question like this, so I'll help.
I had the same type as problem as you. I had a hijacker trojan embedded in my folder and it could not be deleted. so I simply deleted the folder it was in.
So here's what you do:
1. Open "My Computer"
2. Go to the folder where the folder is.
3. Right click the folder, and click "rename"
4. Copy the name
5. Delete the folder
6. Create a new folder
7. Rename it and paste in the name you copied of the old folder.
If this is an important folder though, with like...dll's in it and stuff...don't delete it.
But if its just like a temp folder, go for it. The computer won't know it's gone...you may have to redownload things like shockwave and flash players (if thats the folder where they resided). But other than that, it's all good.
But yeah...if the folder is important LEAVE IT ALONE and reply to this post with the name of the folder.
Now that I helped...allow me to plug...
