I was wondering, is there any portal out there that dosent need sql to run?
I'm not sure if I would like to have an sql account. I dont know if i would keep my forums or even use a portal so i might not need sql in the long run.

I just got to try out testing pre-built forums recently such as this one : http://navarone.f2o.org/. Anyone have any suggestions?
