split internet coding languages(html,xml,php,cgi etc.)
and desktop based languages(c, visual basic, C++ etc.)

also, to keep down the number of tutorials, only upload the better quality tutorials(most complete, etc)

otherwise you will end up being stuck with sub-categories(which isn't that bad of an idea in the first place)
