There were full albums being uploaded, in particular, multiple D-12 CDs. I do not believe that this was done through your uploading script, as there were new folders in your root folder. If you had allowed people to make new folders, and upload into your root folder, your site could have easily been destroyed.

You must understand, I have a strict warez policy. The reason I noticed the warez during this particular incident was not during a warez search. Instead, I stopped receiving my email (not enough space). So I see that your folder is eating up an extremely excessive amount of space due to the warez content.

Thus I deleted the warez, and moved your folder to a restricted portion of the server to prevent you from uploading.

This same day I discovered that I am going to be paying a large hosting bill, as I have received an increase in traffic. Thus, I am paying for every extra GB uploaded and downloaded. I alrighty will have to pay an extra bucks for the warez you had uploaded. I was not pleased.

I took your site offline for about a week. I never got around to contacting you, however I was expecting you to contact me.

And in response to the last bit of your post...

You can not entirely blame me for this. I was re-acting to the way I would be charged so you (or your admin) could use my server in illegal ways (thus jeapordizing everyone else).

The only reason the person stopped uploading warez is because they used all the free space on the server, so it wasn't some small time one or two files.

If you had allowed other people FTP upload access, you have to take responsibility for their actions.

I still have your database, which is what stores all the contents of your website. If you wish, I can set you backup with your FTP & Subdomain. You could upload your phpnuke files, and your site will be back. However, you must remove public upload abilities, and not give anyone else your FTP info.
