ok, i don't quite understand the problem and i'm guessing that you meant that there is some problem with internet explorer, possibly caused by adware.

Here are the basics,
Do an adware/spyware scan (download Ad-aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy) to see if it is detected (and hopefully removed)
Try a Virus Scan

Basically, if it doesnt seem to be a virus or adware (or spyware) and the problem still persists, then try reinstalling internet explorer http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp
