u might be putting in the wrong uname.... like when i first signed up here i thought shiznackonline was my uname. turned out to be shiznackonline@pcplayground.com. you might wanna try changin ur uname around if you didn't already know that. If all else fails, get a new FTP client.. I recommend WS_FTP.
